Summary
Inhabitants of the Aether only left for one of two reasons: they were highly ranked in power or they were being banished. So when Skizz, a low ranking and not well-liked angel, is told he's being sent to the overworld to observe the rulers of a city, he's confused. Why was he the one being sent? Why not someone else?
When he sees who, or rather what the kings are, he has a pretty good guess.
