In another world, Laura Lee wasn't born to fly. Somewhere else, her bones didn't scream with the need to soar.
But this was not another world, And God, did her bones scream.
In this world, Laura Lee would jump out of the plane and be enveloped in the sky before she would inevitably hit the ground. But Laura Lee, like so many of the Yellowjackets, defies the inevitable.
