    Summary

An unhealing cut in human form brings Danny to the surprising realization that all of his injuries have been super-healing in ghost form. Even if pushed to the limit, Danny can survive anything so long as he remains a ghost. This is a good thing, surely. This can only be a good thing.

Chrissy will fuck you up and you will thank her.

    Summary

“Jonathan,” says Evy, walking straight into his living room without so much as a hello and standing directly in front of him. Her voice is saccharine, so sugary that it puts Jonathan’s teeth on edge. “Did you happen to become a bestselling author while Rick and I were in Luxor over summer?”

Jonathan clears his throat, sinks a little lower in his armchair, and lifts yesterday’s edition of The Egyptian Gazette higher, obscuring the blush he knows he can’t control.

“I have no idea how I’m supposed to answer that, dear sister,” he replies, “seeing as I have absolutely no idea what the current bestselling novels are.”

When Jonathan writes an adventure—definitely not a romance, thank you—novel based on the whole Imhotep debacle, he doesn't expect it to become the bestselling pulp sensation of the decade. With hindsight, perhaps he should have made some of the real life parallels less obvious, especially when it comes to the dashing romantic lead, Abir Rey.

Thankfully, there are no bookshops in the desert, so the chances of Ardeth reading it are blessedly slim.

    Probably.

Zuko's soul marks have been regularly burned away since before he knew what they meant. He knows that he cannot be loyal to his father and his nation while also being loyal to a soul family, so he doesn't look for them. Unfortunately, that means that he doesn't know when he's found them.

Another heartwarming Zuko centric fic that serves the fluffy comfort our poor dear boy deserves. The platonic soulmates and affection that is a balm to the soul.

Soothed some of the hurt and sheer, cavernous grief left in the wake of the Chimera Ant Arc. Comfort food.

    Summary

    It started small.

There was a nagging ache in his chest, phantom pain from where the bullets had pierced his flesh, in the overwritten timeline that never will be.

(the one where rewinding time doesn't miraculously resolve mortal gunshot wounds)

The hurt was served, my heart was slowly crushed in a hydraulic press, and has come out the otherside mush. Still, would reread 10/10.
