Among YoRHa units, it's a well known fact that battle is a stimulant. The cut of blade into machine lifeform metal or the sound of shrapnel exploding after a successful hack serves to arouse every sense, making the thrill of battle enticing to every unit, and keeps them killing machine lifeforms by the dozens.
Dealing with this arousal, however, is a different beast entirely.
