Summary
Six months after the twins turn 21, Osamu falls ill for the first time in his life. Their mother reveals to him and Atsumu that he is a changeling that a faerie tried to replace Atsumu with when he was six months old. She'd refused to give either of them up and is afraid his illness is the price for her bargain. Atsumu believes that if a faerie made Samu sick, then a faerie can make him better, so the twins enter the faerie wood to search for one. The first faerie manor they stumble across belongs to a faerie lord named Suna, who agrees to help Osamu. But like with all fae, his help comes with a price.

Kenma settles a hand on Tetsurou’s knee, innocent enough, but probably not for long. Tetsurou knows this. “What was that again earlier, I should throw you over my shoulder and have my way with you until you remember who you belong to? Never said I couldn’t do that second part.”
“I don’t think that’s what I said,” Tetsurou mumbles, a flush working its way from his cheeks to his ears.
“I’m quite sure.” Kenma slides his hand higher, squeezing Tetsurou’s thigh.
“Are you trying to gaslight me?”
“Kuro.” Kenma leans over, invading Tetsurou’s space. “Hush now.”
