Summary
Blush-pink lips shuddered. Pale eyelids fluttered. The elf - not dead - had reacted to Anuon’s voice, and the dark, wicked thing that stirred within the tiefling hummed in response.
Cut it, cut it, slice it open, watch it bleed, watch it squirm!
His hands were powerless against the wave of adrenaline, surging forward to the delicate space between the sharp jaw and cool throat, thumb shakily tracing over the bone. The stark contrast between his ash-black skin and the elf’s marble-esque visage gleamed in the morning light.
“What in the hells am I?”
• ✤ •Or: Anuon the Black finds himself lost, full of dark urges, and between two silly men.

Summary
Astarion’s voice is pitched low and vicious, chilling Gale to the bone. “You’ll find there’s very little not in my power anymore, wretch.” He spits the insult with vitriol. But the tone is familiar, the same cadence and texture as when Gale is on his knees with Astarion’s cock down his throat. It is alarming.

Months after the fall of the Netherbrain, a Gale who chose to remain mortal starts to understand the consequences of encouraging Astarion to Ascend.

Summary
Astarion, making a whole meal of his trust issues, volunteers to beta-read Gale's in-progress historical chronicle of their adventures, intending to control his image and gather intelligence on his companions. Instead, their written exchanges through margin notes and editorial comments evolve into genuine intellectual discourse and unexpected intimacy.
Reader beware: massive geeks perpetrating geekery until they finally manage to get it on. And then they are still geeks.

Summary
Gale, once the esteemed Archmage of Waterdeep and now the self-appointed Grand Collector of Magical Misalignments, finds himself stranded in an unfamiliar land with a ragtag group of liars, cutthroats, and aliens. While he manages to rekindle his long-neglected skills in building friendships with most of them, it's painfully apparent that the vampire harbours a profound dislike for him. Given his recent streak of misfortune, it's no surprise that fate dictates learning more about the volatile orb lodged in Gale's chest requires Astarion's begrudging cooperation.
Astarion, for his part, is simply trying to survive.
Thus begins a journey marked by personal evolution, confronting inner and not-so-inner demons and embracing self-compassion—not necessarily in that order.
Oh yes, and they also need to save the world.

Or the one with over 200k worth of slow-burn dumbassery.May 2026: Re-editing certain parts a little more. No changes to the content, only some rewording and grammar fixes for a smoother reading experience. I’ll mark here when finished.
