Missing scene between Alone and Prison Break, from Ghost and Soap leaving Las Almas to arriving at Alejandro's safehouse.
They drive straight for a long stretch, and Soap wishes he felt better with Las Almas fading behind them. But he’s feeling worse the further they go.
"Pull over," Soap drags the words from a murky pit in his throat. Jesus. He's not going to make it.

“Sure,” Ghost turns to dig through the supplies again, and tosses a blister pack of something labeled amoxicilina into Soap’s lap, fairly certain it’s an antibiotic. “Take two of those, eat something, find a clean shirt, and go to sleep.”
“Oh, aye?” Soap asks, just snide as all hell, “We havin’ a cozy night in, then?”
“You are, shithead,” Ghost snaps as he yanks his tac gloves back on and gathers up his rifle, “I’ll be on watch.”

Summary
Ghost falls first; the moment Soap steps onto the tarmac and saves him a seat. Soap arguably falls harder, hitting every awkward branch on the way down. After several instances of walking in on Ghost in various states of undress, he can no longer deny his attraction- or Ghost's.
But they can't act on their feelings, or on their inner alpha and omega instincts. Or at least... they shouldn't.
