Summary
If you had asked her years ago, Marinette would of said she'd have a fairy tale ending. The problem is life is never that easy or fair; the prince ran away, monsters have taken over the kingdom, and magic never plays with a honest deck. But she persevered, and while it may not of been a fairy tale ending, it was an ending, and she could work with that and weather all the bumps and bruises, and even then someone else was there to offer another shoulder to rest upon.
So when Adrien returns, it all comes crashing down again.
