“Why do you look at me like that?” Kiyoomi murmurs.
“Like what, Omi?”
Atsumu asks this as though it wasn’t a question. As though he is already knowing, already aware of exactly what he’s been doing to stir up such raging storms behind Kiyoomi’s ribs. Bravely, the spiker peers over once again, his dark eyes meeting whiskey colored pools, intoxicating and gleaming. Atsumu’s gaze on him runs hot like the reddest of coals.
The spiker swallows thickly.
“Like that,” he whispers, careful to keep his voice low. “You look like you want me when you stare at me like that."
“Does it bother you?” Atsumu pries.
“It wouldn’t, if it were real. If you did want me.”

Summary
“May I?”
It was the first time that Kiyoomi was on the asking side of things and Atsumu was already on the verge of tears. Kiyoomi was looking at him, staring at him, waiting for his reply like there’s nothing else in the world that mattered except for that one-syllable-word which would cause them to leap beyond their initially set boundaries.
“Yeah.”
Or how Atsumu was always the one asking Kiyoomi for permission to touch—until one night, Kiyoomi was the first one to ask.

Summary
Volleyball players are known for a lot of things.
Intense plays, long rallies, arm-breaking serves—those are just to name a few. But in Japan, the volleyball players (high school, college, and professionals alike) are infamous for something that no one really expected: their betting pool.
(or alternately, everyone finds out that one of the best spikers in Japan, Sakusa Kiyoomi, is dating someone and they try to figure out his identity while the person he’s dating remains clueless about it.)
