You don't have any problems with talking to people, no. But you do struggle with forming social connections. When your mom finally caught up, she did everything to reconnect with her older child and make sure your younger brother Sam has everything to grow up in a healthy human being, both physically and mentally. And it worked well. Sam has friends, just found a girlfriend. However, you're quite sure that whatever books she read, they didn't have a chapter called 'what should one do if their child befriended aliens'.
