Ichigo was going to be alright. The worlds were going to be alright. Everything would be just fine. Sousuke wasn't the kind of man to make the same mistakes twice. He'd played the villain to the universe once and well... he supposed it was time to try out the role of the saviour this time around.

Ichigo Kurosaki had always felt different, even amongst his family. He could never quite put his finger on why.
That is, until a pint-sized God of Death shows up at his doorstep and stabs him. Perhaps the new influx of power unlocked something within him, allowing him to see past the veil and to that which he’d forgotten. Most likely, though, having a sword shoved through his chest and almost meeting Jesus for a second time probably just reminded him that this wasn’t his first time dying. And that this wasn’t his family’s first time dying either.
