Summary
Alastor had been at the Hazbin Hotel for barely three months, and he was already bored. Violently so. Nights were the worst, of course, with all other denizens of the hotel shuffled off to bed. Normally he would read, or listen to his records, or plan his next broadcast, or go for a wander in the bayou. But with things as they were, he found he was quite exhausting his interest for such diversions during the day. So he wandered in the shadows, half-corporeal and only half-cognizant, flitting from room to room like a hummingbird starving to death among shrivelled flowers.
That was how he came to see Angel Dust kicking the front door open at 2:32 in the morning.

One quiet act of kindness drags two broken men into each other’s gravity, and neither of them knows why. Angel thinks he’s too damaged to deserve softness. Husk thinks he’s too far gone to offer it.
But in a city that chews people up, two strangers clinging to the same night might be enough to change everything.

Anthony finds himself bound the very powerful and moreso mysterious Radio Demon, Alastor who is hiding his true intentions.
Anthony now must adjust to life with his new demon roommate and the ever-growing intensity of his relationship with Valentino who prays on every insecurity and Anthony has to ask himself who the real monster is, realizing that Alastor is the only being who has ever made him feel truly safe.

They blink sleepily up at Husk, and he takes the moment to raise his hand, gently running it over Angel’s forehead and down the back of his head. His lover's poof of hair, not yet styled, bends easily to his ministrations as he parts strands with his fingers, careful of claws brushing against the scalp. He repeats the motion as Angel speaks, 'Your morning voice is sexy.'
Husk chuckles, making Angel shake slightly with the movement of his belly. 'That’s a world record, even for you. It took you less than ten seconds of being awake to flirt.'"
After spending a passionate morning together, Angel Dust and Husk, married for a year, are forced to separate for the day. Neither of them know that Valentino lurks just around the corner, waiting for his star to be alone.

Immediately smitten by Mr. Hartfelt, but completely doomed, Vox tries a new nightclub where he meets a beautiful woman, Alice Starhart, known for her beautiful singing voice, red coat and tight buttons. By some cosmic joke, Alastor and Alice tell him they are brother and sister. Vox finds himself in a love triangle with the brother and sister pair, completely torn between his feelings for them.
Only to find out…they might be closer than brother and sister.
Aka 1920’s au with a genderfluid Alastor and Vox in love with both versions. Loosely inspired by Singin’ in the Rain.
