    “Okay, alright, nobody panic,” Dick said, clearly panicking.

    “No one is panicking Dickhead,” Jay snarled, also panicking (though, significantly less than Dick, it seemed).

    “Uh, guys?” Tim tried to butt in.

    “Yeah, of course, everything’s fine! Tim, are you fine?” Dick’s voice was reedy.

    “I—”

    “No, he’s not fine, the demon brat put a fucking hole in him!”

    Or: Jason and Tim have been dating for a few months now, and it's time to introduce him to the family! What could possibly go wrong?

    NOTE: This is intended as an epilogue to Tournée du Chat Noir, but it can be read as a standalone.

    “Don’t worry, I’ll be back before you know it, princess.”

    Stray groaned and shoved him off the bench, sending him tumbling to the floor.

    “I told you to stop calling me that,” he laughed, ignoring the uncomfortable pit of dread in his stomach. “I’m serious, Jason. Be careful, okay?”

    Robin pulled him down to the floor and into his strong embrace, laughing as he tried to wriggle free. “I will, Tim. I promise." 

     

    Five days later, Jason Todd was dead.

    At the age of fifteen, Tim Drake lost his best friend, his everything, his Robin. After spending five years overcome with grief and sorrow, he has just regained some semblance of normalcy when a new vigilante comes crashing into his life. One with an obnoxious red helmet whose stubbornness and oddly protective nature feel strangely familiar.

    At the age of seventeen, Jason Todd was brutally murdered. Five agonizingly long years later, he returns to Gotham and, unable to stay away from his other half for long, goes crashing into his life, managing to conceal his identity for months before his lie of omission finally blows up in his face.

Part seven happens after the events of the other stories and will make the most sense if read after at least one of the first six stories.

    “Damn, guess we fell asleep.” The loud voice right above his head makes Stray jerk upright, and he winces and lets out a soft yelp as the back of his head slams into something. “Ow, fuck!”

    Stray sits up more carefully, hands flying up to check his goggles and cowl are still in place, before twisting to see what he’s been sleeping on. It’s Robin, blushing, hands raised to clutch at his nose. They stare at each other for a long moment.

    Stray notes the lightening of the sky to the east that means they’ve been at this stakeout for hours and he finally registers what happened. “Oh my god, we slept together!” he blurts out.

    “Holy shit, don’t say it like that!” Robin tries to scowl, then winces. “I think my nose is bleeding.”
