Summary
News anchors are stationed nearby, blue fire rages over buildings, but the only ash in the air is from the thousands of flyers that drift from city rooftops to the ground.
On top of a bus stands Midoriya Izuku. His unremarkable green hair seems wild in the harsh light of Dabi’s flames. He’s flanked on either side by Shinsou Hitoshi and Yaoyorozu Momo, and in formation around them is the League of Villains.
People run screaming from the display, and news anchors know better than to get too close to the action when the League of Villains is involved– they’ve been known to injure and even kill bystanders on a whim.
The linchpin of the new group seems to be Midoriya Izuku, and as he laughs in an unhinged way and raves about the injustice of hero society, nobody is interested in what he’s saying so much as the fact that he is saying it. He’s gone off the deep end.
The pamphlets that litter the ground and begin to circulate online (even as the hero commission tries to censor them) read with just one line of text in red writing against a black background:
"Watch Your Heroes Fall"Izuku always wanted to be a hero, until he saw what being a hero meant. So he found a better way to help others.

Summary
In some universes, Izuku Midoriya's dream came true when All Might gave him One for All. He was finally on a level playing field with everyone else, and he ran forward into the future without looking back, aiming to become the next Symbol of Peace. This was not one of those universes.
In other universes, Izuku Midoriya was never given One for All. Maybe he never encountered the sludge villain a second time. Maybe All Might didn't track him down afterward. Whatever the cause, Izuku Midoriya remained quirkless. In some of those universes, he became a villain, disenfranchised with the society that had always beat him down. While those universes were closer to this one, this was not one of them either.
In this universe, Izuku Midoriya still received One for All, but he never forgot what it meant to be quirkless. He never forgot the way that those who were deemed "lesser" were treated. Izuku Midoriya was made to help people. When he realized that the heroes he'd admired for his entire life would never help people like him, not if it meant giving up their power, well...
The road to Hell was paved with good intentions. At least Izuku wasn't walking it alone.

He knew that sooner or later he would lose his sanity and go berserk of everybody that had the displeasure of being on his land. At first he could hold himself just fine despite the nightmares that plagued him at night, but soon, people like Tommy and Quackity ate away his remaining self-control with their mocking and taunting.
Stupid, unreasonable selfish people like Wilbur and Tommy who were willing to sacrifice a nation for just a pair of discs. People like them were the reason he lost it all a couple of decades ago. The screams of Bob and Jack were an oddly satisfying memory.
Heaven help the fool who falls in love...

Dream was impulsive at the best and worst of times, it was a gift and a curse for the situation he found himself in currently, stranded in California with at best expensive hotels to stay at, he offers help to a stranger.
Who knows, maybe that stranger isn't as much of a stranger as what he seems at first.
