As you saw in the tags (if you read those, hopefully), this story will be based on an AU (Alternative Universe) in which Dark Choco Cookie and Licorice Cookie met before they joined Dark Enchantress Cookie, almost as if Milk Cookie became Licorice Cookie (Dark Choco Cookie saved Milk Cookie's village) although this will be very different, you'll see, this is just for setting, like, get it damnit. SO, yeah, Lico and Choco met before any of them joined Dark Enchantress; Choco saved the Licorice village from a frozen peak prowler, and they became friendz :33
