Summary
“That’s your plan?” Ahsoka squeezed through the doorway after Obi-Wan. “We’re falling from the sky in a burning tanker with no escape pods and your plan is 'trust in the Force'?”
She had expected a snappy retort—I don’t suppose you have a better one?—but it didn’t come. Instead, Obi-Wan paused, just long enough to rest a hand on her shoulder. “It is a plan that has served countless generations of Jedi before us,” he said. “It will not fail us now.”
She hoped he was right.
When the fuel tanker they are escorting suffers an unexpected attack, Ahsoka, Anakin, and Obi-Wan must find a way to keep hope—and each other—alive.

Summary
Qui-Gon had first taught him the kata when his braid was little more than a tuft of hair behind his ear, and the sharp gleam of wonder and excitement still shone fresh in his eyes, not yet softened by the familiarity and security of the routines that came with long apprenticeship. Obi-Wan stood on the floor of the training hall, mirroring his Master’s position, and trying not to bounce on his toes as the energy rippling inside him sought a path of escape.
Wisdom passed down from Master to Padawan, with musings on the wind, earth, water, fire, life, and the Force. A story told in seven parts.

Summary
The outer prison walls were thick enough to block out all sounds except for the endless boom, boom of the approaching army. The inner walls, however, were mercifully thinner—thin enough for hushed voices to thread a conversation through them, the exchanged words a taut lifeline connecting them to each other, and to sanity. Every moment spent without speaking was a moment spent in wondering: How long? How long?
It was a sickening question that crept into every corner of the darkness of their adjoining cells, infecting the shadows like a suffocating plague; a question that Anakin and Ahsoka preferred to keep at bay. And so they spoke.
Glimpses of the horrors of war and the beauties of peace from within the confines of a prison cell.

Summary
To have one’s braid cut is a joyous celebration. To cut one’s own braid—using a green saber with a hilt too large in one’s shaking hand—this is a funeral, for two. Gone in this moment are both Master and Padawan. In their place kneels a single, lonely Knight, feeling far too small for this vast universe.
His eyes skim across the brightly colored beads, dancing over each glistening gem of memory strung along the woven history of his life. Red. Green. Blue. Gold. Black. Clear crystal, for apprenticeship, sits nearest to the severed edge, slipping free of the singed hairs and spilling into his hand. What joy had swelled in his heart the day he first twined it into the hopeful tuft of hair he had allowed to grow long towards the waning of his Initiate years.
Obi-Wan Kenobi remembers Qui-Gon Jinn.

Summary
"Master," Obi-Wan sighed.
"Fine. But let her stay here while I find her a suitable home."
Over the next couple of days, the tooka—Lunn'a, as Obi-Wan named her—followed his padawan around their quarters. She'd nap on him when he meditated, she'd rub against him and meow at him as he cooked, and she even slept on his bed.
Or:
Obi-Wan and the pathetic life form he didn't want.
