“It’s a shame, really,” Wild huffed, crossing his arms and propping his leg on the coffee table in Malon’s living room. “I’ve slept longer than half the people in my era have been alive! Nobody cared at the Noble Canteen...I just wanted to try a Noble Pursuit!”
Warriors had never once, in his entire, crazy life, expected to be talking with his incarnated self who apparently had been asleep for 100 years, woke up with no memories, saved all of Hyrule anyways and found the most inconvenient part of it all was not being able to drink at a Gerudo bar.

Wild is 117 and doesn't understand that this is Not Normal. Warriors gets more headaches (and gray hairs), and the chain ends up in Gerudo Town. This does not de-escalate the situation at all.

Summary
When the Chain meet, Legend learns that Hyrule is cursed with blood. The kid bleeds regularly, and isn't it convenient that this attracts monsters when a prophecy predicts that his blood can resurrect Ganon?
Legend takes it upon himself to help his successor. He must understand how this curse works and find books in a library—a difficult task when the portals keep dropping them off in the middle of the woods!
But what if the explanation was actually much simpler—and less evil—than they all imagine?

“She…she needs some space right now,” Wild concluded after a moment, biting his lower lip. “A lot of things happened to her, and she wanted to process it without the pressure of returning to ‘normal’ just yet. She’s safe, but she’s always worried and stays with Robbie and Purah running tests on some lingering side-effects of the transformation.”
Wild cleared his throat again. “But for right now, it just…really sucks for me, because the kids always ask for her and…it’s awkward sometimes, but me and Flora are working through it.”
The…the kids? Twilight wondered.
“We’re getting better together this time," Wild explained. "We’ve got unavoidable responsibilities right now, and that’s most important to the both of us.”
Important responsibilities. Hmm...kids are important, time consuming responsibilities...

Wild refers to the school children as his kids, since he teaches at Hateno. Twilight, Legend, and Wind end up making some gravely wrong assumptions.

Summary
The Hyrulian royal family passes down power from mother to daughter, a bloodline that has gone unbroken for millennia. In the rare instance a son was born to the family they would not be recognized as a prince. Instead they would be fostered by a royal knight and his family. This was seen as a far more kind outcome than the old practice of infanticide practiced before the era of the Hero of Legend.
When Hyrule falls to the Calamity so to die the old ways, the old laws, the old religion. The people of this new Hyrule see no reason to cling to archaic traditions when the one that helped stop the Calamity and save Hyrule would have been scorned. Instead they embrace him and support him.
Efforts to rebuild have begun and the Chain show up to add Wild to their group.

Summary
Legend knows perfectly well how to deal with getting sick.
Step one: get angry at his body for daring to malfunction on him and the world for noticing.
Step two: insist he’s fine until he actually is.
Simple and straightforward.
Only now he’s not fine.
And a portal switch unexpectedly separating the Links in a hostile Hyrule really complicates things.
At least he’s not alone.

All Twilight could think of was the scars painting his cub’s body from his last adventure, of the frequent nightmares, lost memories, self doubt. They’d made progress, but Wild was still only a kid. He wasn’t even nineteen yet, and already had faced more than Twilight could comprehend. If Wild’s first adventure broke him, Twilight worried this one might shatter him.

Time - he’s smaller than Four, dear Hylia he’s so little - blinks at him, then ducks his head a bit. Hyrule notices that he’s holding a fistful of the fabric of his tunic, like Hyrule does when he gets nervous. “… Link.”

“We should go.” Wild whispered. His voice echoed and drowned at the same time. The room felt like the inside of a drum.

“Time? I’m sorry, oh Gods, we gotta get you outta the snow. Some uh’ the others are tarpin’ up a little alcove we found. Can you move?”
Time considers it for a moment. He wants to say yes, absolutely, everything is fine. He wants to pretend like the numbness creeping through his extremities isn’t worrying at all. The pain flaring up and down his arm and crossing his rib cage like small little jolts of lightning building up in his bones? Nothing to be concerned about.
It would all be delicious little lies, of course, and as tempting as they would taste, he can’t help but feel they’d turn to ash the moment he tried to prove any of it. And then Twilight would give him that look of his. All wide eyes and fear, laced within an unamused glare.
The chain finds themselves in a new Hyrule, only to be caught off guard when their new Link has a few extra extremities.
