Years later, Yelena and Natasha live in a lovely apartment New York City where their lives are quite ordinary, Natasha working as a SHIELD agent, which is little more than a glorified diplomatic job, and Yelena as a triage nurse in the hospital, where she takes a particular interest in one of the more frequent patients.
