“W-what…?” Izuku feels like someone just stabs him directly in the chest with a blunt knife, “Kacchan, I—”
“I don't know why you're here right now, but I can manage. Thanks for helping me or whatever, but I don't need help.”

After Katsuki actively avoided him for two months (almost three) for 'no apparent reason', Izuku received a call from Kirishima-kun and he was asked to go to a bar because the blond was surprisingly there and was drunk as hell.
And Izuku might've been confused about some things, but he was sure about one thing as he ended the call and read the address Kirishima-kun sent to him.
He's going to be there for his childhood friend no matter what.

It's weird, but not yet concerning because Izuku understand that some mornings aren't really good ones, and that's fine. We all have our spare of bad mornings. It sucks, but it's totally normal, and it's just a part of life.
The silence continued, though, even after they finished eating their breakfast and they got ready to start their supposed day off.
And with that comes the question; what's bothering Katsuki?
Izuku would've never guessed the reason behind Katsuki's behavior.

They both wanted to be the best in their own way. Mutually and equally want to prove themselves, and with that come the conflicts.
Yeah.
That's just how it goes.
They will always be the Kacchan and Deku, Deku and Kacchan.

Katsuki was just trying to clean the shelves in their bedroom but there was this one tiny dirt he couldn't wipe the fuck off on one of the shelves and it pissed him off so much that he got a little bit aggressive after.
Then his life flashed before his eyes when he heard the shattering sound of a figurine when it hits the hard, cold floor.
It was one of Izuku's favorite figurines.
His brain immediately went, 'you're dead', and he swallowed thickly.
That's the time Izuku suddenly entered their bedroom.
Katsuki was holding his breath, waiting for the worst... and then Izuku says with his for-villains-only voice,
"Bakugou Katsuki..."
