Jason coughs, even though the airborne particles don’t feel like they’ve invaded his lungs. He sits down on the rough concrete floor of the rooftop when his legs wobble like jelly beneath his weight.
“Hit with something airborne. Losing fine motor controls and consciousness,” Dick reports, collapsing to the floor next to Jason, just a foot apart. He tries to reach out. To do what he’s not sure, but his hand doesn’t even make it close before his vision entirely blacks out.

Summary
"Hey," Jason says, poking his head in through the door, making sure his body is angled so that there's no way the boy inside will be able to see Bruce.
That's as far as he gets before he falters.
The boy inside the dim-lit cell is tucked as far back into the corner of the cot as he can get, scrawny limbs wrapped around himself like the curled husk of a spider. His teal eyes are locked on Jason, but he doesn't move — not even a flinch.
He's as perfectly frozen as a bird in the brush as a hound sniffs closer.
Jason swallows, his throat abruptly so tight it's hard to breath. He's not sure either of them are.
The boy's eyes flick just a fraction past him, to the open cave beyond. One of them is surrounded by a dark bruise.
Jason steps cautiously into the cell, closing the door behind him, and watches his own eyes dim as his escape route closes.

Summary
The last of the Lazarus Pit waters in Jason's veins ran itself dry while stitching him back together beneath the rubble of the warehouse he'd used to confront Batman and The Joker.
Without its influence dictating his every move, Jason attempts to move forward with his life, protecting Crime Alley and working on his emotional control. After some time, Bruce gives him an in, promising to allow Jason his freedom as the Red Hood in exchange for assistance when called and to stop using lethal force.
Jason, who despite his best efforts, still craves acceptance and a family, agrees. Unfortunately, it seems the only person who actually wants him around and doesn't treat him like he's always an inch away from committing murder, is Dick.Or,
The one where Dick and Jason take an unexpected, inter-dimensional brotherly bonding trip to a Gotham that is not their own, but is entirely too familiar.
