Summary
Mike Wheeler's life is enough of a mess already. He's forgetful, he's chronically late, and he's nursing a hopeless crush on his best friend, Will. Getting bitten by a genetically modified spider and turning into Spider-Man, New York's masked defender, hasn't made it any easier. He's only been a superhero for a few months, but between protecting his secret, keeping the city safe, passing his classes, and trying not to pine over Will too obviously... well, it's not going as well as he could've hoped.
But after Spider-Man saves Will's life, he takes an unexpected interest in Mike's secret identity. And Mike Wheeler doesn't have a chance with Will, obviously, but... maybe Spider-Man does. -
