Shane’s bored. He has three broken ribs, strict no-practice-for-1-week orders, and absolutely nothing to do in his house. Christmas without his parents would be rough either way, but especially because they’re in Cabo and it’s sunny and beautiful there. So, in an extremely rare bout of impulsive, go-with-the-flowness, he books a flight to England.
Ilya’s lucky. Boston’s scheduled for a very long break, 6 entire days without a game, and his coach’s family emergency means he doesn’t even have practice for the two days before their Christmas break. Why not follow where his Instagram feed takes him?

Ilya was down again.
This happened every year, every month even - Shane knew this. He expected it.
Sometimes, he saw it coming beforehand. He’d notice a vacant look in Ilya’s eyes, dishes left unwashed, little lapses in Ilya’s daily routine that most people would brush aside but that Shane knew meant he’d need to be a little more “on” than he normally was. Sometimes, though, Shane didn’t see it coming. Sometimes, out of nowhere, he’d interact with Ilya and Ilya would just be - well, he’d be there, but he’d be gone.
Yuna and David are in Moscow when they stumble upon Ilya's mother's grave.

regulus is a prince who lives in the kingdom of andalasia. he and his brother sirius live at the height of luxury, in a gorgeous castle, surrounded by gorgeous people. however, when regulus’ mother discovers him in bed with another man, he’s banished from the kingdom and sent to live in the most dreadful place in imagination - london.
james is, decidedly, not a prince. he’s a hardworking single father who just needs to close this goddamn case. when a disillusioned, spoiled young “prince” comes stumbling into his life, james refuses to have anything to do with him. except- well. regulus is the sort of person who draws people in without even meaning to. much to the chagrin of both parties, james soon finds himself swept up in the operatic grandeur of it all, and in a flurry of balls, snide comments, and refining of manners, they fall in love.
basically, it’s enchanted if giselle was a bitchy, grumpy prince.
