Summary
Hitoshi doesn't know why he agreed to this. Maybe it was because he thought it could help boost his chances of getting into the hero course, or maybe it was because they were willing to pay him a ridiculous amount of money. Either way, it was too late to turn back because he had already signed the contract that forced him to commit to his stupid decisions.
Hitoshi learns that agreeing to tutor these dumbasses might be the best or worst choice he's ever made.
