    Summary

The web of life and destiny stretches across the multiverse. Echoes of Spider-man and his story repeat over and over. But sometimes, a web has a single strand that stretches far outside the web, anchoring it to its surroundings.

AKA: Gotham has its own version of Peter Parker and spider-man stories will be told with a gotham flair.

    Summary

If a world born from sorrow can still bring joy, does it deserve to die with the one keeping it alive?

This story follows the aftermath of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33’s Maelle ending. Renoir’s crusade against the Canvas is over, but the conflict waiting beyond it is not.

We follow Lyle Cendrier, a man who walks the fragile line between Writers and Painters. What begins as a temporary alliance with the Dessendre family slowly descends into something far more intimate as he uncovers the grief they buried beneath their name, the truths nobody within the family dares speak aloud, and the dying world they had already resigned themselves to losing.

But the longer Lyle remains within Lumière, the harder it becomes to answer a question none of them can escape: if a false world can still give people something real, does its existence still count as a lie?

    Summary

Richard Parker dreamt of a life with the bats. Everyday, he mourned a family and a life that he never had. The name ‘Grayson’ loomed over him, even though logically, he knew, the name never belonged to him.

The life he led was full of love, of stability. So what was the void that consumed him? Why did he dream of flying?

OR: Peter in Gotham fic except Dick Grayson and Richard Parker were the same person, instead of being alternate versions of each other. Also, I fuck with the mcu timeline because canon is merely inspiration.

    Title from Promise by Laufey.

“I would like you to study under me, Henituse-san.”

    ‘Hm? What?’

“Of course, I would still want you to be safe from the villains targeting you, so you would need to stay here most of the time.”

    ‘This fucker.’

Master Tera said that nothing ever happened by accident. If he was to be believed, then I should’ve known that my first encounter with Anakin wouldn’t be my last. The Force was clearly at work, but I didn’t know what to think.

After all, what could a person like me possibly have to offer Anakin Skywalker?
