The way the man says his name makes something tingle under Yoongi’s skin. He rolls his eyes gently.
"I'm just protecting the whisky."
"Right." Jimin's lips curve into something softer now, less challenging and more curious. "But what if I’m willing to be disappointed? Otherwise, I might not find out what I'm missing?"
But there's something about the way Jimin is looking at him, expectant and interested and entirely unguarded, that makes Yoongi do something he hasn't done in years.
Something impulsive.
"Here," Yoongi says, lifting his glass across the polished wood until it hovers between them. "Try it before you commit to a whole glass."
