Especially when you’ve hit the peak of puberty, where just breathing will give you a boner..
You have to get creative, you have to find something to fuck, right? Any boy would do it.
The problem is that his horniness is constant, it’s all he could think about, it’s all he wants to think about.The others might notice his undeniable dip in reports and research coming in, but none seem to want to face the issue head on, they all know what’s really going on, and doing so would mean excepting they would be like that if they aged normally.
Basically
Zandik becomes a chronic gooner.

Pantalone draws a shaky breath. "I was in your office earlier," he begins, "looking for a copy of your will. You don't have a will. Did you know that?"
Dottore says nothing. Pantalone takes a drag of his cigarette and continues.
"One of your subordinates came in looking for something. He reeked of antiseptic. I had to send him away."
Because he smelled like antiseptic?
"Because he smelled like you."
Alternatively: The funeral proceedings of a man who dared to fly too close to the sun. Forsaken by all, survived by one.

Zandik huffs, wrinkles around his eyes increasing as they narrow with a dark humour. “Speaking of our titles, are you aware that the comic character of ‘Pantalone’ has quite a few different meanings?”
“Oh?” Feofan taps the tabletop again, staving off his craving for a smoke.
“Often a doddering merchant tied to currency and ego, some scholars trace the name to ancient Enkanomiya, meaning ‘powerful in all things.’” Zandik’s voice trails off into a harsh laugh.
“And you find that…entertaining?”
“I find it ironic,” Zandik says, “because you came to me as a failed experiment and powerless in all things.”
Conversations from years of experiments and business ventures between Dottore and Pantalone across their developing partnership and relationship. From their first encounter as Feofan and Zandik, to their last.

"What?" the man continues. "Never heard one of your test subjects talk before, doctor?"
And, well, it's not quite that, exactly, because of course this isn't the first time one of his test subjects has spoken to him while on the gurney… it's just that typically, they're wide-eyed and frantic, wasting every ounce of their remaining strength to pointlessly plead for him and his segments to spare their lives.
And yet, this man is different.
He lies strapped to an operating table beneath the cold, clinical gaze and scalpel of the infamously insane second Harbinger, slowly dying of a stab wound, and yet he remains impossibly calm, the ghost of a smile on his lips and his voice smooth as velvet.
How peculiar.
"It's a shame we have to kill this one," 35 remarks. "I find that I quite like him."
Alternatively: A report spanning 380 years, beginning in a laboratory where people go to die. Here is the story of a so-called doctor and the man who is his longest-running experiment.

Summary
"How much, exactly, do you need?" the Regrator finally asked. The question carried the begrudging, quiet defeat of a man who knew he was about to break his own strictest financial rules for the sake of an obsession.
"Everything you could possibly invest here," Dottore replied, his voice an insatiable murmur. A bottomless pit of ambition, a hunger that no amount of Mora could ever truly satisfy. "I'll suck you dry if you choose to fund this experiment."
It was Pantalone's turn to let out a low, amused laugh. "My bank account, or my vitality?"
"Why would you ever assume it has to be one or the other?"
To a man who viewed the human body as nothing more than a highly complex biochemical system of resource inputs and energetic outputs, the distinction was entirely irrelevant.
"Interpret it however you wish, so long as the check clears..." Sliding the heavy parchment across the polished surface of the table with an effortless flick of his wrist, he left the document open to the page of interest, waiting for the banker to sign his portion. "But, my dear friend, you know perfectly well I meant neither."
"My, Doctor... I'm not sure I can afford it."

Of course, every deal made in Hell has much more to it than what the words alone say. Their personal history with the cocktail goes back to the 1960's, a brand new sinner named Vincent getting the lay of Hell, a wide-smiling patron of the arts, and an utter refusal to ever define a relationship.
It's a love story, if you squint.

@RadioDemon: That almost sounded like a threat!
Dread pools in Vox’s heart.
Minutes later, Vox gets an email that his account has been placed under review for threats of violence. He fumbles with the lock on his car door, kicks it open, and flings his phone across the barren street with a shriek of rage.
Or: Alastor's greatest joys in life are chasing tornadoes, risking his life, & making Vox regret being born. Vox plays whack-a-mole with TOS violations, accumulates credit card debt, & fails to blackmail anybody.

Summary
Unspooling the wire from his finger, the radio demon does exactly what Vox expects and pulls, tearing it out from its socket. Sparks fly, even from miles away.
It’s searing, but it’s self-repairing, and Vox feels it regenerate before the pain becomes unbearable.
He can almost hear the amused noise Alastor makes at it all. Without hesitation, he plunges his wholeass hand into the cavity, and Vox groans.

OR: Alastor has his way with Vox's decapitated body, and Vox feels every moment of it.

A series of forgotten voice logs were uncovered in the old abandoned archive that once belonged to the Second Fatui Harbinger: Il Dottore (aka The Doctor). The owner of these tapes appeared to be the designated Segment-459. However, when searched in the database, there were no records whatsoever of this specific segment ever existing.
If you read through the transcriptions of these logs and find something that rings a bell regarding this Segment-459, please let me know.

“No,” Dottore replied.
His thumb pressed more firmly against the pulse beneath Pantalone’s throat.
“Shouldn't I be the one to choke the final breath from your lungs, rather than leave the task to those pathetic things you insist on inhaling?” His voice remained maddeningly calm. “After all, it was I who gave you the ability to breathe so easily in the first place.”
Pantalone’s pulse faltered beneath Dottore’s thumb, drawing a self-satisfied smile onto the doctor’s lips.
“How transparent,” Dottore mused.
