Summary
"You've survived shadows, defied gods, and overcome many challenges to be here, but that doesn't mean you are ready for what comes next."
Bhaalspawn Allecto—newly severed from her murderous birthright and hailed as the unlikely savior of all Faerûn—now grapples with grief for a man she scarcely knew: Enver Gortash, Archduke of Baldur’s Gate, tyrant-engineer of its future, and the iron-willed Chosen of Bane. With the Netherstones claimed and the realms’ fate resting heavily in her hands, Allecto must lead Faerûn into an uncertain dawn—alone.
Or so she believes. For in the shattered ruins of Gortash’s once-impenetrable estate, restorations uncover a single, gilded chest… and with it, the first crack in the story she thought was finished, as well as an emptied space in her soul.

Summary
Calypso is a Bhaalspawn, just beginning to find the tattered edges of her past as violent acts reveal her true nature to herself.
Unable to combat the dark urges that scream within her mind, struggling for a semblance of autonomy, she begins to hide more and more of herself from her new friends after spending weeks attempting to search for any shred of her past life.
And she's not the only one clawing at the seams of this fragile exterior in an attempt for control. Astarion is finding himself rather quickly at wits end with his own emotions - as they rise and fall to the beat of his favorite drow's heart, his stone cold one finds a warmth he can't quite stomach at the thought of her demise. In an attempt to feel real and whole, Calypso leans into the fear of falling for someone new in search of being found worthy.
In an attempt to feel safe and protected, Astarion leans into the fear of losing someone new in search of the power he set out to claim.
And indulging in these choices may very well destroy them both. Can they conquer the darkest depths of their own psyche, despite everything?

Summary
Sigyn hates being a princess.
Oh, but she wouldn’t admit this to anyone, of course. She doesn’t want anyone thinking she takes for granted what others dream of. She’s well aware of how awful she would seem if she told anyone. What child doesn’t dream of being a royal in a castle? If anyone were to doubt this truth, they must simply look to the fairy tales they are told at night. Royalty has it all, and what they do not have can be attained, whether it be knowledge or goods. However, what those fairy tales leave unsaid, is that the life of a princess is not all happy endings. It’s a life of obligation and duty. As the only heir to the Vanir throne, she not only has a duty to her people, but to her mother. Her mother would be aggrieved to know of her daughter’s true feelings, and she was all her mother had these days, just as her mother was all she has ever known.

Princess Sigyn is the latest in a line of great sorcerers, yet every Seiðrmaðr the Queen can muster cannot seem to teach the princess her birthright. Until one day, when Sigyn receives an odd invitation to stay in Asgard. What she doesn't know is that the most powerful sorcerer in the Nine is there, and he might be the answer she's waiting for. -
