Summary
Rumors of a Grizzco fishing vessel lurking outside of Salmon waters had plagued her mind for days now. The last time she had an encounter with the shady company was when she was sent to investigate one of their missing ships. It was later discovered that said ship had been stolen by the prominent Splatland gang: Deepcut.At a glance it didn’t seem like this would surprise her, considering this was very well within the bounds of the gang's typical antics.
What did surprise, and concern her, was the timing.
Less than a week prior, the Shark Tamer, a prominent member of Deepcut, was bleeding out on her doorstep. While she managed to patch the thief up there was no way they had recovered since then. They were always a glutton for mischief, but this was uncharacteristically sloppy of them. In the state that they were in it would be incredibly easy for them to be caught. So that begs the question: What was it that they’re after that was worth such a risk?
