“Jonathan!” Mike yelled, bursting into the room with a determined stride. He pulled a shell-shocked Will with him as he plopped onto Jonathan’s carpet.
“What’s wrong?” Jonathan asked, a questioning lilt to his voice. He could tell that the boy was impatient, practically vibrating in front of him.
“I am going to marry Will,” Mike stated, voice unwavering in adoring confidence.
OR miwi in which Mike makes an oath to marry Will, because why wouldn’t he? And a paladin obviously cannot break an oath.

Summary
Mike Wheeler keeps a diary that’s written in the POV of his Dungeons & Dragons character Mike the Brave after he gets flayed by Vecna and was outed via his crush on Will, so he uses it as a form of self-therapy and working through his own trauma and internalized-homophobia. However, that’s not all, as he’s begun to add more direct poems, songs, and letters for Will as he gains more self-esteem.
Will Byers, who was afraid of this exact thing happening to himself, had come out to everyone just prior to saving them from Vecna. And with Mike’s tense familial issues arising shortly after the events of what happened because of it — he spared Mike a little by not addressing the crush directly so soon after, and gave him the space to come to terms with himself first.
However, now a semester into College, they still have yet to talk despite being roommates together at NYU because of just how intense things had been the year prior. And one day Will finds Mike’s journal, thinking at first glance it was just short-stories of his D&D Character. Surely Mike wouldn’t mind, right?
He reads all of it, and realizes it’s everything Mike has ever wanted to and has struggled to say to him.

Summary
Will picks up the book, gently, like he’s afraid of bending the spine. “This is the second one.” Will’s eyes light up as he says it. “I didn’t know it was out already.”
“You-, you’ve read the first one?” Mike stutters out, still standing frozen by the dining table.
Will laughs softly. His eyes move from the book to Mike’s face. Mike feels exposed in a way he hasn’t in a long time. “Read it? I loved it, Mike. It’s one of my favorite books ever. I’ve read it, like, three times.”
Mike secretly publishes a story about courage, monsters, and a boy he loves. He panics when he realizes Will might recognize himself in the pages.

Three months after his existence was erased, Peter Parker was not doing so well. His solace came from knowing that at the very least he had managed to save his city in the end.
Apparently, though, Peter realized as Doctor Strange explained to him that he had to give up even more, losing everything-and-then-some just wasn't enough.

The multiverse continues to collapse in on itself. Doctor Strange discovers the source of the problem as Peter Parker. The only viable solution is to remove Peter from his original universe so that no more entities will be drawn to his presence there.
Peter is sent to a world that lost its Peter Parker, and finds himself lost in a sea of people he'd grieved who had all grieved him in kind.
