Summary
After the demise of Solomon Sallow, Sebastian is handed over to the Aurors by the two people he trusted most in the world. Years pass by before him and his mind begins to unfurl, losing all memory of the person he once was. Visited nightly by a vision of the woman he once loved with the purpose to rebuild him piece by piece, Evelyn Revere starts to complete the puzzle his mind has become. Plagued by the reveal of their deceit, he grows to despise the woman with every piece of himself that she had returned to him.
When a shadowy figure seeks to free him from his prison under the condition he join them in their quest to gain control of the Ancient Magic wielder, he joins them without question. What better way to seek revenge upon the person who had betrayed him so callously - cast him out to a life of torment in the walls of Azkaban - then to be her undoing?

In the years since the Goblin Rebellion was put to rest, Evelyn Revere has travelled the Earth in search of more deposits of Ancient Magic at the behest of the Ministry. Her travels have kept her far away from those she loves, building an invisible wall between her and her lover, Garreth. The aftermath of one Ancient Magic haunt results in an unspeakable, invisible entity threatening to upheave the Wizarding World as they know it.
The Ministry has instructed that Evelyn must investigate this enemy, with the assistance of an Unspeakable- namely, Sebastian Sallow, who has all but become a stranger to her. Harbouring resentments and unresolved feelings, the two set off in search of a way to eradicate the enemy plaguing their borders.
