Alicent's outside, wearing Rhaenyra's old flannel with his old light blue Levi's he found in a charity shop for fifteen quid, and a chain Rhaenyra got him for a birthday, some five years or so ago that he hadn't taken off since. The bottom hems of his jeans are rolled up a few times to hide the fact that they're fraying beyond repair, and the belt loops are practically non existent, the stitching having long since ripped on most of them from the numerous times he's stuck a hammer or some pruners through them for easier carrying.
