    When the teen steps into the building, it was like someone lowered the saturation in the world. Everything seemed to get darker, and the pressure in his chest was more evident than ever. It hurt. He can hear his heart thumping in his ears, filling his mind with bubbling anxiety, each beat feeling like a metaphorical countdown. Dream knew at that point that something seriously wasn't right.

    "Tommy, are you back?" Dream speaks, and the sentence left him breathless.

    His body feels like it's folding in on itself, like his chest is being sucked into an endless black hole. Dream's head could be 500 metres underwater, with immense pressure and causing him to be slightly delirious, yet he wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

     

    Or: After Tommy finishes streaming, he finds Dream unresponsive with pain in his chest and struggling to breathe. From an ocean away, he tries his best to help his brother.

    Or x2: I really wanted to write a Tommy and Dream siblings fic so I combined it with an angst prompt I've been procrastinating on :)

    “Say hi to Dream for me,” and with that, the sword pushes through the blonde man’s stomach. The mask is ripped away, clattering to the floor. They are met with deep purple eyes that quickly fade to a dull green, so fast that if you blink you missed it.

     

     

    Or: Tommy forces Dream to remove his mask at the final confrontation. But is it really Dream?

    “What’s wrong Dreamy, tired?” The man chuckles, devoid of any humour. “Didn’t you just have two years to rest in prison Dream? Pathetic if you ask me.”

     

    or; Dream is released from prison after everyone forgives him. Well, almost everyone.
