Klaus Mikaelson comes back after the summer with new habits, new secrets, and a new girlfriend? What happened last summer and why is he lashing out in ways he never has before? Caroline will find out and save him before it's too late and he remains fractured.
In other words, Caroline saves drug-addict Klaus from himself after he finds out something that never should've been a secret. Hurt/comfort and angst because I'm such a sucker for angsty teen AU.
