At the start of the Ark evacuation, Tony Stark runs into a handsome stranger. He quickly identifies Loki as someone he'd like to get to know better. Fortunately, they've got nothing but time, seeing as they're stuck here until the solar storm is over and the portals come back.
This work is a fusion/AU, with Marvel characters being put into the Earth Girl universe.

Summary
As punishment for his crimes against Asgard, Loki is banished and sent to earth as a mortal. His punishment includes the erasure of his memories of the incidents. However, something goes wrong, and Loki loses all his memories, including his own knowledge of who he is. Tony Stark finds himself teaching the former demigod how to be a functioning human.

Loki’s fingers, pale, thin things with the nails chewed off, dig into the flesh of his own palm. It’s hard to reconcile the Loki who killed eighty people in one day with the Loki that’s now sitting next to them, who’s trying to reduce the points of impact by holding himself tightly. It makes Tony wonder if maybe they were wrong about a few things.
