"May I?"
Rumi's expression is still in that half-confused state, but she nods. And the moment the frames hit her face, her nose twitches almost as if about to sneeze. She doesn't, obviously, which gives Mira some time to adjust the frames to fit better. More loose hair is pulled away from the face and ears, until the glasses rest snugly against Rumi's face.
Mira steps back to admire her handiwork.
And then, she immediately realizes her mistake.
One, the frames that Rumi chose might have rounded out Mira's appearance, but they also complemented her own sharp angles, carrying a fierceness that was expected. On Rumi's face, the lines melted into the background, and the roundedness of the glasses was on full display. They complimented Rumi's softness and made her look so much more gentle with the glasses on. Paired with Rumi's still somewhat confused look, she looked so adorably cute that Mira might have gone to heaven.
Two, Mira underestimated her own ability to withstand such beauty.
Mira goes shopping for new glasses frames with her girlfriends.

Foresight Chapter 7 Extra:
“Where do I–” Mira started, but then shook her head, “Who do I pick, Zoey?” She asked, her voice pinched with worry.
“Go with her.” Zoey said, jerking her head slightly in Rumi’s direction. She couldn’t be there for Rumi right now. She wasn’t the right person, and she needed to honour Rumi’s request for space. Zoey could still see how much Rumi needed someone, and who better than her best friend? The woman who could put them both back together.
There wasn't a guidebook for guiding your best friend through your other best friend's confession, but Mira was determined to make it work. No matter what Rumi decided, she would be there for her. Zoey, too. Both of them.

"What?" Rumi asks, as loud as she can, pretty sure her words are being blown away by the wind.
Zoey must have heard her, because she says it again, this time more slowly. Rumi's still not able to hear anything, but she makes out the words this time, reading off Zoey's lips.
Can I kiss you?
Oh.
Oh, that's why Zoey was so insistent on being here tonight.
It's New Year's Eve, and the girls are just in time to watch the fireworks go off. But Mira and Zoey have far more planned than a fireworks show tonight.

So, really, it's not Derpy's fault that when he slips into a deep sleep, he emerges in a brand new world.
It was only natural for such a thing to happen.
Post-canon Derpy time-travels back to the beginning of the movie.

Summary
Rumi asks Celine if hunters kill all demons. Celine does not say, “No." She does not say that the hunters will spare the half-demon, even if she has patterns, because she is Rumi and she is a person.
Celine says, “Cover those up,” and says “You are not like them Rumi.” She tells Rumi that she only has patterns because her dad was a demon and the Gold Honmoon will erase them. Neither of them says that Rumi is not a demon.
Celine says, ‘You can be fixed’ and Rumi hears ‘You can be spared, if you are fixed.’
What Celine tells her is she is different from them, but not different enough.

Rumi closes her eyes. Slowly, almost practised, like she’d rehearsed this many, many times before, she calls her sword and lifts it. Not to wield, but to offer. Like a knight asking for a king’s blessing. Take this, bless this so that I might defeat the monster, so that I might purify this land.
“Kill me and fix what was never meant to be.”
Zoey stares. Mira breathes, and the gok-do on the floor blinks once, twice, before bursting into sparks and disappearing entirely.
“What the fUCK, Rumi?!”

Summary
There were many perks that came with dating Rumi, but one of Mira’s favorites was getting to sleep in late while wrapped around each other. The Rumi of years past would never have entertained lounging of all things, but here she was, sprawled lazily atop Mira. Rumi was unfairly pretty in the morning light, with soft features and even softer eyes just for Mira.

Dating Rumi is pretty fantastic in Mira's opinion, even if she does act like a fancy cat more often than not.
