I loved this one. Bucky was simply the sweetest, and his honesty cut me deeply. I definitely did not leave this without shedding tears.
My perfect Steve, learning to love in any significant way for the first time in what must feel like forever. He is trying, so hard. I adore him.
This ending was perfect and adorable and I clung to it with watering eyes.

This was so perfect I could cry. It hurt in all the right ways.
Though it’s the most accurate, I sort of hate sitting through Bucky’s recovery stage? I just… blah blah blah, depression, avoidance, blah blah blah. You know? So. This, this was perfect. Obviously their love transcends mental illness, c’mon.
All jokes aside, this was incredibly touching and their relationship radiated such an undeniable devotion. I loved the cuddling and ass-beating equally.

The blatant adoration in every glance between these two has been written into a world unto itself, here. I felt so ensconced in the comfortable, loving, stark knowingness that the boys had of each other. So in tune with every meaning to every twitch of the lips or brow, they are one another's world, quite plainly.
Remus and Sirius were written so tangibly. Their dynamic felt so easy, and the confessions — despite Sirius calling it "reckless" — felt perfectly in place, like the only line that could've possibly came next.
This fic was also just built into such an impressive and imaginative environment. The understanding and interpretation of this universe left nothing to be desired, with so many details that placed the reader firmly in the halls and rooms with Sirius and Remus, running just behind them in their rascality.
I relished Remus' freedom of spirit here intensely; he was so utterly joyful with every ounce of Sirius he got to absorb, but my favorite part was how confident he was in his teasing and mischief. I love reading anything that applies that word to sweet Moony.

Remus’s eyes are molten. They look like pools of melted amber in the September sunlight, glowing beneath long lashes as his eyes flutter open occasionally. His tawny curls are squished against the warm glass of the window, and his mouth hangs slightly open as he snores.
A deviated septum, he says.
Sirius just calls it adorable.

The detail of Remus’ mum and his ring tore at me, and I demand more.
