“It’s just not your day now is it, sweetheart?” Jimin smiles at him, and Namjoon blanks so hard he forgets his own name.
“Don’t worry,” Seokjin pipes up. “He’s like this all the time. Really puts the ‘disaster’ in disaster gay.”

Summary
Jungkook is always worried that he's being too much, that he's a burden or takes up more space than he should. It shouldn't be so hard after a year with Yoongi and Namjoon, but Jungkook can't shake the feeling that they'll grow tired of him. So he's low maintenance, he puts up walls, even when he doesn't mean to. All of his careful consideration goes out the window when he falls sick and his boyfriends take the opportunity to show him just how much he means to them.

Summary
Jungkook notices, that even though there are an insane amount of caterers at the event, there aren't a lot of people. Most of them are standing and mingling at tall tables rather than sitting down to eat. Jungkook understands the reason that cupcakes and a cake were ordered. Cupcakes are easier to eat and the cake is almost entirely for decoration.
He looks at the man in front of him, someone that he had known to be Min Yoongi right away because of Taehyung's obsession with the rap group Cypher, and says, "I shouldn't even be here."
or: Yoongi is an idol about to be on hiatus who barely wants to go to his bandmate's mixtape release party, Jungkook is a baker who shouldn't even be catering the event. Like at first sight ensues.
