Izuku Midoriya was a lot of things.
He was a kind person with the true heart of a hero. He would put everything he had into helping others. No matter the cost, if Izuku Midoriya saw someone upset, crying, or hurt, he would do anything to help them.
Izuku Midoriya loved quirks. From the first moment he learned what a quirk was, he wanted to learn everything about them. He would ask anyone about their quirk, his intelligence obvious, knowing more words than a kid his age should, breaking down the quirk and examining it from every angle. He could not only understand quirks of other people, but also teach others how to use their quirks better.
And, above all, Izuku Midoriya was a magnet for villains and dangerous situations

All Might told him to be realistic. Endeavor told him to be relentless.
What started as spite becomes something else entirely when Izuku doesn't just survive UA's hero course—he thrives.
Izuku isn't disruptive because he's quirkless. He's disruptive because he invalidates excuses. He demonstrates that heroism is about the work you do and the people beside you. Not the quirk you were born with.
He becomes an unwilling symbol, and the world fights over what he represents. Inspiration. Threat. Evidence that the system works, or proof it's broken.
And a system built on power cannot tolerate proof that it isn't necessary.
Izuku just wants to help his friends become the best heroes they can be.
It's very frustrating that the world keeps making it so difficult.
Means he'll just have to work harder.

Finished Chapter 33 - This is one of the better Izuku fics I've read in a while. I'm curious as to how Dabi reacts to everything blowing up. I think even Stain is going to change after actually meeting Izuku at this point. The quirkless kid that put Endeavor on the right path. That's insane. I love Shoto is basically Izuku's emotional bodyguard. He doesn't protect Izuku from any actual threats or dangers, but as soon as someone looks at Izuku the wrong way, he's squaring up for a fight. Bakugo's growth is fascinating.
