Summary
You can't take two steps in the underbelly of the world without hearing a few of the shadows have names, especially on a mostly lawless casino island like Bylon. Sure, Lupin is one of the most famous names around, but a certain group has a contract to wipe his existence and by association ours from the underworld. The thing is, the shadows of the world, as filled as they are with the exceptional and the wild, are like a small town: everyone's heard of or seen everyone else at least once, haven't they? It'd be great to know exactly where and when we all brushed knuckles in the dark, wouldn't it Lupin? Then maybe we'd have a one up on the people hired to make us dead.

Mashing together a bunch of Monkey Punch's short works/Mankatsu shorts in with Lupin III and bringing back more than a few minor characters to have some wild fun.
