A part of him wonders if Jaemin did it on purpose, a little treat for him to find later, knowing in the moment what the comment would do to Jeno. Jaemin doesn’t often contribute to the dog jokes, unlike the other members, because to Jaemin it’s not a joke. Jaemin gets to see Jeno in situations that nobody else does, takes care of him, indulges his most private wants and needs, and Jeno can’t let go of the feeling that this little comment was for him .
