Summary
Euijoo’s been… off. Not in the way people get when they’re sad or sick or breaking apart quietly in the corners of their lives. On paper, everything looks fine. Better than fine, actually. He laughs more. He hums while brushing his teeth. He sways a little when the kettle whistles, like there’s a song in his head no one else can hear. Sometimes he sings under his breath—love songs, mostly, the kind that make Nicholas’s chest tighten without knowing why. He tells himself it’s stupid to care. That it’s not about jealousy, or fear, or whatever fragile thing his heart is pretending not to feel. But the thought itches at him: if Euijoo’s happy, why does it feel like he lost something in the process?
Or; Euijoo has a crush, and Nicholas fucking hates it. Even though he's the one who's kept Euijoo hanging for years.

Bookmarker's Notes
It should be simple, maybe. It should be the kind of confession that rearranges the world neatly, that closes the distance between them with one clean, inevitable motion. Instead it only makes everything feel more precarious. Love is supposed to be the answer, after all. Love is supposed to arrive like a verdict, or a rescue, or a door opening at the exact moment you’ve decided you can no longer bear the room. But standing here now, with Euijoo crying in front of him and the truth laid bare between them like a knife, Nicholas can’t find the clean triumph in it. He can only feel the ache of everything they’ve damaged on the way here, the ruined tenderness of it.

Summary
Maki watches with a mix of amazement and horror as the boy opens his mouth.
“Aowwww.”
Maki blinks. Surely not. Surely that was not supposed to be a meow.

Summary
Before work every day, Euijoo finds himself at Two Moons.
Every day, Euijoo walks in and Nicholas squints at him exaggeratedly, looking him up and down, before guessing what he wants to order. And Euijoo says yes every time, just for the pleased smile that Nicholas gives him in return. Just for the easy, confident way that Nicholas makes it, no matter what it is, and for the way that he hums to himself while he does it, and how their fingers brush as he hands it to him.
"Careful," Nicholas murmurs, looking up at Euijoo through dark lashes. "This one's hot."

Summary
The problem is— as it turns out— Maki is a really normal guy. He’s polite, and clean, and he takes all of Harua’s suggestions in stride. When he comes home late, he’s quiet enough that Harua doesn’t even hear him. He’s kind, and devastatingly sexy, and he’s shirtless more often than not when they’re home. He’s a good roommate.
Harua wants to destroy him. He can’t live like this. He’s a principled man, and principled men don’t fall for men that rejected them already. That’s humiliating.

Summary
Euijoo peels the wax off with his thumb nail, flicking the envelope open and tossing it onto the kitchen table with the rest of his junk mail. The contents are just as fancy as the envelope itself. Thick cardstock and handwritten calligraphy with sharp ink. Taunting him.
The honor of your company is requested at the marriage of Koga Yudai and Murata Fuma.
(OR: Euijoo asks his childhood crush to pretend to be his new boyfriend at his ex-boyfriend’s wedding. Nicholas says yes.)
