    Summary

“I can grant you the power you’re after, more than you can even wrap your head around right now. I can ensure that you’re the most powerful Sinner in Hell once you find your way here - because you’re definitely going to find your way here.”

Alastor’s heart leapt in his chest even as those hands raised goose pimples over his skin.

“But, I don’t hand out this kind of thing for free. In return, I require something of you.”

    ~*~

When Alastor reached through the veil hoping to make a deal, he didn't find a dapper cannibal with a devious smile, but instead a very, very intrigued Lucifer with an entirely different agreement...

    Summary

Vox liked to touch. Alastor did not.

Vox is out of the picture now, but a week spent in his unfortunate company brought back years worth of memories Alastor would rather forget.

    Lucifer is not Vox.

Maybe... maybe Alastor doesn't hate touch as much as he thought he did.

'Let Me Step A Little Bolder' by pervertanarchy

    Excerpt:

Lucifer has a smile in his voice that has Alastor resolutely staring at the vintages behind the bar as he replies, "I know you're saying that partially to piss me off, but I believe you. So... what about me?"

Alastor doesn't know how to answer that.

What is Lucifer to him? What space does he occupy in Alastor's brain?

    None, evidently.

Not because Alastor doesn't spend frustrating amounts of time thinking about him, but because Alastor has never had to categorize what Lucifer is to him before.

    He thinks, automatically, of magnolias.

He isn't sure what that means, but it suits. Lucifer is not quite a friend, that isn't the right word. It is close, maybe, but he knows he feels more than that toward him.

He also isn't willing to consider that Lucifer may ever reciprocate that, because he is a realist and he knows he doesn't get to have nice things.

Still, to call them friends feels disingenuous, so he settles for, "you are my magnolia."

    Summary

Omegas are rarely able to leave permanent mating bites of their own. Alastor knows he can. Nobody else believes him, of course, but Alastor knows better.

He is also a bit of an overachiever.

'A Bite to Back Up Your Bark and Other Ways to Celebrate Your Anniversary' by pervertanarchy

    Excerpt:

"A-aahn, fuck! Alpha, a-alpha!" Alastor cries. Lucifer whines against his cunt, doubling down, desperate to please. His lips look so good around Alastor's clit, his tongue feels incredible laving against it insistently. His fingers go from two to three and curl deliciously upwards. Alastor's thighs squeeze around Lucifer's head, and he moans contentedly.

Lucifer reaches around to grip Alastor's fluffy tail and tugs lightly. Alastor breaks.

He falls back with a breathy keen and spasms with it. His orgasm washes over him, only barely dampening the arousal flooding his veins with his heat. Lucifer drinks down more of his slick, eager for it, as he works Alastor through the lasting waves of his climax.

Lucifer eases off with a loving kiss to Alastor's cunt.

Alastor lays quivering in the center of the nest, warm with his heat and already craving more from his alpha. Lucifer crawls atop him and Alastor purrs into Lucifer's kiss that tastes of his slick.

"I like it when you call me that," Lucifer murmurs against his lips.

Alastor stretches languidly, spreading his legs to invite Lucifer even closer.

    "Alpha," he says teasingly.

Lucifer growls and nips at Alastor's jaw.

Alastor wraps loving arms around his neck and pulls him close to whisper in his ear, "my alpha. My devil. My love. Knot me so I can claim you."

Lucifer shudders visibly, a whine sounding from his throat, "anything for you."

    Summary

“You were watching us?” he asked before he could stop himself.

The question lingered between them, fragile and bright.

Alastor took a measured sip from his cup, gaze never wavering. “Only in the spirit of professional curiosity,” he said. “We share a surface, after all. It seems prudent to understand how it is treated in my absence.”

    'Clean Edges' by Taschamix

    Excerpt:

“You have no idea,” Lucifer muttered. “If I keep looking at you like that out there, it’s going to cost me my career.”

There it was, the edge of truth beneath the exaggeration. Not that Alastor was sabotaging him, but that feeling something this intensely in the middle of Olympic preparation felt reckless.

    Alastor’s expression softened.

“You are an elite athlete,” he said quietly. “You do not lose your career because you were momentarily distracted by a man in a spin.”

Lucifer stepped closer again, until only a sliver of air separated them.

    “It wasn’t just the spin.”

    The corridor felt smaller suddenly.

    Warmer.

Alastor’s breath was steady, though something flickered behind his composure now, awareness sharpening into something that was no longer entirely playful.

“You give me far too much power,” he murmured.

“You keep taking it,” Lucifer replied.

For a moment neither of them moved.

The light from the windows cast a pale wash across Alastor’s cheek, catching in the faint curve of his smile.

“If I truly wished to derail you,” he said softly, “I would hardly do so by accident.”

The implication settled heavy between them.

    Lucifer’s pulse quickened.

    “You’re not helping,” he breathed.

    “I am not trying to.”
