Summary
For centuries Castorice has wandered the lands of Amphoreus, haunted by the curse of Thanatos. Death has been her ever-present companion, leading to a life of loneliness and pain. Though she found friends and comrades amongst the Chrysos Heirs, it did little to quell the longing in her heart to know another touch- to feel the warmth of life and love. Over time, she buried those feelings deep in her heart, allowing her the opportunity to live peacefully at the very least.
Yet when a stranger from beyond the skies appears on Amphoreus, one filled with warmth and brimming with the vim and vigour of life, Castorice finds herself forced to contend with the feelings she buried so long ago. However, exploring those feelings won't be so easy- that stranger from beyond the sky, Stelle, has her own complicated with death. Together, they will attempt to navigate their complex feelings about death, and in doing so, find comfort in one another.

Summary
Jay curled her fingers around the edge of the sheet, tugging it down enough that she could see Gillion’s face.
His ears were pinned back and his eyes closed tightly. There was a dark blue tint to his cheeks and he almost looked pained with how his face was scrunched up. His mouth hung open slightly as he panted, rattled breaths that shook his entire form as he seemed to tremble. Each breath he took sounded like it physically hurt him.
He was asleep, not pleasantly, but he was asleep.

Summary
Chip rested his head on Gillion’s chest, his ear pressed over his heart so that he could hear the rhythmic thumping from behind his ribs. Gillion’s heartbeat was slow as it calmly beat in its calm rhythm. His lungs rattled with every breath, which was much louder now that Chip was laying so close, but he didn’t mind. It was a soothing melody.
A pair of clawed hands were wrapped around his lower back, lightly dragging against his skin and tracing patterns against his flesh in a way that sent shivers running down Chip’s spine.

Summary
Muttering a curse under his breath, he turned the bottle over, examining the nozzle, his finger still lightly resting on the trigger. Maybe there was a blockage…?
“GOOD MORNING, CHIP!”
Chip’s hand spasmed in his surprise. The trigger gave way. The next thing he knew, he was enveloped in a rose-tinted cloud, his panicked eyes staring right into Gill’s.
Gill looked at the bottle in his hand, then at the pink mist. “What—?”
“Don’t breathe in!” Chip screamed, and in doing so, breathed in.

Summary
Wiping away his tears, Arnold drove off. He didn't think about where he was going.
He was just going somewhere.
Far away from here.
It was just Arnold and the road. He paid no mind to the radio static.
“Arnold! There you are.” Damnit. “We've been trying to get ahold of you all night — why didn't you answer?”
…
Arnold just got finished fighting off a terrifying endoskeleton. He’s far too tired to deal with his weird feelings about the dispatcher that are beginning to bubble up.
