Summary
This year, UA is experimenting with a new Young Villain and Criminal Reformation Program. Instead of twenty hero students, the first year hero class will be a combination of both hero and villain students....The hero students will have one year to find the villains in their midst in order to escape Eraserhead’s expulsion.
