If you asked Bruce, then Tim simultaneously managed to be the most tame and unhinged child of all. His behaviour ranged from graduating early out of spite, to making clones of his not-really-deceased (boy)friend. Bruce held the opinion that Tim would have to come out on his own terms. Which was why he didn’t press the vampire- situation either.
