Technoblade knew something was up when his dad started drinking more coffee. Philza wasn’t a coffee drinker. His father preferred cold drinks over hot drinks.
But at exactly 6:58 AM every morning, his dad would walk out and turn on the coffee pot making the brew extra dark.
Techno went to high school, hung out with his friends, and whatever, but he noticed that his dad was drinking more and more caffeinated beverages lately.
His dad did horrible with caffeinated beverages. A tea could keep him up all day. Or… used to.
Now his father was drinking them like they were water.
It didn’t make sense.
And Techno was going to find out why.

Roier and Pepito left, leaving Richas swimming in the river while Cellbit and Pac sat on the bank. He wasn’t sure what to do about this, feeling tears prick at his eyes and his breathing becoming erratic. There was no way this was happening. No. Roier couldn't be doing this. This couldn't be happening to them.
“You alright?” Pac asked him. Cellbit stayed staring, fixed on the waves of the river. This wasn't happening.
“Roiers soulmark is gone.” He whispered. It felt like it was impossible to say. The words felt wrong on his tongue. There was no way that this was real, and yet he was so sure of what he'd seen.

Or: Cellbit and Roier are soulmates. Soulmarks stay with souls. Roier had his soul swapped by Doied. Cellbit does not know this. Cellbit only sees that his husband's soul mark is gone. Breakdowns ensue.

Most of the campers can skirt around the edges of the lake, and a few bolder ones go all the way to the centre, crisscrossing across it.
But Percy?
