Summary
Ava knows that on paper, she and Beatrice have the perfect partnership - case after case of kicking ass and taking names. In reality, it seems like Bea has spent the last eight months avoiding Ava and keeping her away from any of the things she loves about working with the FBI - the guns, the interrogations, the arrests. Following a tense confrontation where Bea ended up handcuffed to the interrogation room table (her very rational reaction to being child locked in the Tahoe, again), they are ordered to go to counseling to try and salvage their partnership.
In the midst of their personal turmoil, a routine case takes an unexpectedly… holy turn, scrounging up old demons that could finally nudge them together - or push them apart for good.
