tl;dr It's another Cheerleader!Gerard fic but I got carried away
Frank's been good this tour. He's almost entirely mastered the art of being cool when it comes to Gerard - so much so that he can almost convince himself that he really is over him. Sort of.
But Gerard isn't quite ready to let this situation go. As he lures Frank in with increasingly obvious flirting, enabling some of Frank's more obscene proclivities, and blurring the lines beyond comprehension, Frank can't help but feel confused by the signals he's receiving.And then, of course, there's the dress. And really, what's Frank really supposed to do with that?

The first time that they did this, Ray made a comment that has been sitting dormant in the back of Frank's mind ever since. When he finally figures out what Ray really meant when he said that he "knows how Frank feels," Frank realizes that he needs to make Ray come his brains out. Ray takes that suggestion a step further.
