“Hey! You can’t just punch him like that!” yelled Polites, right in front of Odysseus, trying to stop Eurylochus, who didn’t even seem interested in Polites’ words.
“You said we had to help him,” Eurylochus complained, looking annoyed, as if it were obvious, as if he hadn’t done anything wrong.
“But not like this! You can’t just go around punching people like that!” Polites argued back, clearly determined to defend his point.
“Well, it’s not like I can go around punching people,” Eurylochus replied, irritated, crossing his arms and looking away. “Turns out, when you're dead, you can’t really touch people,” he muttered, a faint blush on his cheeks. “I don’t even know how I managed to hit Ody,”

Senku didn’t allow himself to feel too strong of an emotion, especially sad ones. Not that he found them illogical or anything, it’s very beneficial for the average human to cry once in a while to release endorphins, let the emotions out, and free yourself from them. It’s a normal human response.

Maybe being awake alone in the dark for thousands of years, having the fate of the world on your shoulders, realizing your dad is dead, getting murdered and brought back to life, having to kill someone, and having one little mistake mean death for everyone, is a little bit to much for a teenager to have to deal with all alone.
He felt himself almost choke on his own breath, his head hurt and so did the rest oif his body. It hurt to breathe. God, he hated panick attacks. He turned over and shoved his head into his blankets, letting out heavy sobs mixed with a few coughs.
he liked the thought of it being the last, quite a lot actually. If he wasnt tierd, panicked, and unsensible, he wouldve been freaking out at the thoughts racing through his mind, but he wasnt thinking logivally, all he saw was a way out, an easy, immediate way out, of the constant hell he had been living in.
Senku has a really bad panic attack, and ends up trying to end it all, luckily, he fails at that.

If he tells someone he's autistic, they might not see him fit enough to help the village and will leave him to fend for himself.
But what he doesn't realize is that someone else is autistic. Someone who wouldn't be thrown out of the village in anyone's wildest dreams. And that certain someone may have a different sort of empathy towards him than the allistic residents of the village.
Or, Senku and Ukyou bond over the fact that they're both autistic.

"ever since he was a child, senku was always overly anxious. Maybe thats why he needed such a stable explination for the world, science. But no matter what he had tried to do, that anxiety still hung over his head, turning into something severly illogical. But its not like he could get the thoughts to stop.
At a slightly older age, around 9 or 10, he had started to devolp these wierd habits, ones he felt like he needed to do or something bad would happen, he knew that made no sense, but these thoughts never stopped until he did the thing.When he was younger he normally was able to get the thoughts at least a bit calmer by re assuring himself that nothing wierd or crazy could actually happen, the non sense end of the world he made up in his head couldnt ever happen. But, one might find that hard to tell themself after getting petrified for 3700 years and having the fate of humanity left in their hands. His mind had gotten worse, so much worse."
