That rage that’s been building since he’d found himself in this fucked up alternate reality hasn’t dimmed in the slightest with his brief sleep. If anything, it feels worse. Coiled in the pit of his stomach like a monster preparing to strike.
“Your quirk. That weird kid said you had one.” He doesn’t look at Deku, keeping his gaze focused on their reflection in the black void of the television screen. Deku’s staring at him with wide, confused eyes.
“No- no! Kacchan, I didn’t lie! I swear. I- I don’t know why he said that. Honest.”

A quirk accident causes Izuku and Katsuki to revert back to their middle school selves. Things just get worse from there.

Summary
The thought of Kacchan going into a rut while they are trapped in this cave together should be terrifying. Any unmated omega in their right mind would feel nothing but dread at the mere possibility of being at the whims of an instinct-drunk alpha.
Surprisingly… or maybe not that surprisingly at all, Izuku can only feel the tickle of anticipation in the pit of his stomach. Caged butterflies with their delicate wings teasing at the backlog of less than wholesome fantasies he’d had about his childhood friend. Heat-fueled near-hallucinations of Kacchan climbing into his nest and taking him, of them spending their heats and ruts together: a proposition Izuku was always far too cowardly to make.
He might be able to face down a bear, but when it comes to Kacchan? He would die before he dares to do anything that might jeopardize their friendship.
